AGRO-BIOGENICS, the organization, would implement the concept of Agro-Polymer Industry Complex-Sustainability Engineered Projects (APIX-SEP) through piloting a small scale Module, based on the Renewable Resources (RR) in a village area of 30 ha to 35 ha. The idea is to utilize all available RR (agro based, non agro based, weeds, grasses, organic/ animal/ human wastes, rainwater, sunlight), to be converted into: Processed foods, Engineered Composites, Methane gas, Energy, Bio-Fertilizers, and Chemicals.

The initial Plan is to set up such APIX_30_PILOT plants in a few Indian villages, to be followed up later in other developing nations. Although the local ethnicity and cultural systems may differ from nation to nation, almost all tropical nations (where we have over 135 developing nations) have near about the same climatic and ecological systems, as well as village systems.

Each such Module (to be named: APIX_30_PILOT) would be capable of providing direct and “full time” employment to 150 able bodied persons in the village where we set up the module. In a country like India, nearly 90% of the people living in the 635, 000 villages do not have full time employment (a total population of 750 + million, equivalent to over 135 million families); and the Government has recently proclaimed a vainglorious National Rural Employment Guarantee Project (NREGP), which envisages offering one person from each village family a total of 100 days job @ Rs.60 to Rs.75 ($1.2 to $1.5) per day! But then, APIX_30_PILOT and the various further enhanced modules would facilitate creating jobs to every able bodied person in a village family (irrespective of number restrictions), offering full time (300 days) employment @ Seven times the compensation offered through NREGP.
The long term plan is to segregate village regions into “sections” of 1000 ha based Village clusters, setting up APIX_1000 that would convert the RR of the entire 1000 ha area, in question. The APIX units in this area range would be named APIX_1000, and may be constituted by about 30 + APIX_30_Pilot plants integrated into a coordinated arrangement. The final systems in APIX_1000 may be modified to suit local conditions and specific local needs. If a country like India is to develop and set up such APIX_1000 programs, we would have about 150, 000 APIX_1000 units all over India – all located in the presently dilapidated 635, 000 villages.
The setting up of APIX-SEP programs would be through a cooperative arrangement, involving the following groups:

A local NGO that would facilitate interaction with the local villagers, apart from providing certain logistics and initial facilities

The local village “Self-Government” … here in India it is called the Village Panchayat; every other developing nation has some such system working in their own arrangements. The program would be so organized to benefit the local society, within the guidelines and support of such Village Panchayats.

Local Entrepreneur/ Entrepreneurs, who would be offered the businesses, for their investments, and risk capital/ funding

International Institutions, who may support by way of various assistance such as “Seed Capital”, Net based support, UN support and the like.

AGRO-BIOGENICS, who would support and facilitate such projects through Open Source Engineering Designs (OSED), Free Technical Know-how support, and long term marketing and managerial support
